MISSION
To uplift and empower vulnerable children, youth, and women in Tharu region, Nepal. We aim to enable them to lead fulfilling lives by providing them access to quality education, life skills, and tools for income generation. We believe that by doing so, through transparent accountable partnerships, we can design and implement sustainable projects that contribute to the long-term development and well-being of the communities we serve.

OUR STORY
From Bonded Labor To Empowered Communities
Creating Possibilities Nepal (CP Nepal) was founded in December 2006 by a group of professionals with a common vision and by the kind support of Himalayan Children Charities, USA.
We are a non-religious, non-political, and non-profit organization dedicated to fostering a democratic society that upholds the fundamental human rights of children, youth, and women. Since 2007, our experienced team have worked to empower marginalized communities through holistic support and advocacy for good governance.
A word from Dinesh:
Since its inception, I have dedicated my life to Creating Possibilities Nepal (CPN), a dynamic organization committed to transforming lives through education and women's empowerment. Over the past 17 years, I have worked passionately to support marginalized children and youth, bridging the gap between their aspirations and opportunities through the generosity of donors worldwide. This journey has not only shaped my career but also deepened my resolve to make a meaningful difference.
Throughout my tenure as the Director of CPN, I have spearheaded impactful projects, collaborated with international donors, and ensured alignment with child rights and education policies. I strongly believe in a holistic approach to eradicating poverty—combining education, entrepreneurship, and skill development to break cycles of marginalization. My work has taken me across Nepal and to 13 other countries, enriching my perspective and reaffirming my commitment to global collaboration.
At my core, I am an average person—someone who laughs, cries, and cherishes the bonds of friendship. Yet, alongside my dedicated team, I take immense pride in the small but significant changes we’ve made together. I am eternally grateful to our donors and supporters, whose trust and partnership have been the foundation of our 18-year journey. Together, we continue to create possibilities—one step at a time.
