CP Nepal distributes educational materials to students in Gadhawa.

Gadhawa, 23 May. Creating Possibilities (CP) Nepal distributed educational materials to poor, underprivileged, and Dalit students in Gadhawa Rural Municipality on Wednesday.


Deepa Chaudhary, the student empowerment coordinator of the organization, informed that the educational materials were distributed to poor, underprivileged, and Dalit students studying in various schools of Gadhawa Rural Municipality.


The organization distributed educational materials such as notebooks, pens, calculators, geometry boxes, school uniforms, bags, and slippers. Chaudhary explained that the materials were distributed to support students regularly receiving aid under the organization's 'Scholarship for Underprivileged Students' assistance and women's empowerment programs, with the aim of further motivating them towards their studies.


Speaking at the educational material distribution program, Gadhawa Rural Municipality Chairperson Yamnarayan Sharma Pokhrel emphasized parental education and suggested organizing such programs. He stated that the support provided by CP Nepal in the educational sector and other areas is exemplary and highlighted the need for everyone's cooperation to improve the quality of education.


The distribution program was attended by Gadhawa Rural Municipality Chairperson Yamnarayan Sharma Pokhrel, Ward No. 5 Chairperson Lekh Bahadur Thapa, Chief Administrative Officer Amarraj Sharma, and Head of the Education and Sports Branch Shyam B.K.


Creating Possibilities Nepal has been regularly supporting 332 students studying in various schools of Gadhawa Rural Municipality.


Additionally, during the event, the organization provided information about the programs and budget for the fiscal year 2081/82. Program Officer Hemraj Sharma informed about the budget and programs worth NPR 21,04,471 for the fiscal year 2081/82, while Women's Empowerment Coordinator Sarita Chaudhary facilitated the program.
